Hi, friend! I'm Stacey. I'm a film & digital photographer based in St. Louis, Missouri and traveling internationally to capture authentic love stories with a nostalgic and documentary style in the US, Europe, and beyond. Based on my love of stories and literature, my desire to document a feeling, and my passion for film photography, I work with creative couples who want an alternative to traditional wedding photography, because I believe the big and small moments of your story are what make it unique, and capturing them will capture you at your best.
From cheesy Hallmark movies, to classic rom-coms, to Taylor Swift lyrics, to classic literary romances, I love love stories. Specializing in wedding and couples photography was an easy choice for me, because I could never be bored when I’m documenting real connection and candid moments.

My approach to photography is to first get to know you. I believe the best art is created with depth, so I want to know all about your story, your vision, and your goals. I'm intentional about the work I do and the way I do it—with me you are never just another photography client, and I care deeply that you feel comfortable with me and trust me to tell your story in a beautiful way. I hope that by the end of our time working together we will feel like old friends!

Let's get acquainted! We'll start with a friendly chat, either in person or virtually. This is where we'll discuss your vision, preferences, and any questions you may have, to make sure that working together is a perfect fit!
Once you're all in, I'll send you over a contract and a retainer to hold your date on my calendar, and we'll start planning timelines and logistics!

Now comes the fun part - the photo shoot itself! Whether it's your wedding day, an engagement session, or a creative portrait shoot, we'll work together to capture those beautiful, authentic memories.
I'll carefully curate and edit your images to perfection. Once they're ready, I'll deliver them to you in within 4-6 weeks in an online gallery.

I want my work to reflect my heart for what I do as well as all the emotion and love I'm capturing in the lens. I also fully believe a photoshoot should be fun, laid-back, no stress!

Frequently asked questions
Where do you do shoots? / Do you travel?
I'm based in St. Louis, Missouri, but I absolutely love to travel and will happily join you on your adventure anywhere in the US or the world! I have lived abroad several times and consider London & Paris my second homes. I'm a city girl at heart, happy in almost any city in the US! I'm also a pro at navigating European cities and finding great travel deals. When you book me as your elopement/destination photog, you're in good hands! Travel fees will be included in the final cost of your package.
How far in advance do we need to book you?
The earlier the better! It will help you lock in your date, especially for the busy season from March-October. I usually recommend booking a minimum of 6 months in advance of your date, to allow for booking travel, lodging, and activity logistics. For non-wedding sessions, I require a minimum of 2 weeks advance in advance of your desired date in order to prepare and plan for your shoot. Do you shoot film?
I looooove to shoot film! It's the aesthetic I aim for in my digital work, but there's nothing quite like real film photos! I primarily shoot 35mm film, either black and white or color. I can shoot film in addition to your digital images for $100/roll. This includes fees for the roll itself and developing. I can't wait to create some truly one-of-a-kind pictures with you!
