Zoe floated through the day in the chicest modern silhouette gown—clean lines and an elegant chiffon scarf that moved like poetry in every hallway of The Old Post Office.

An Emotional Ceremony in the Heart of Chicago

This wasn’t one of those weddings where people politely dab at their eyes. No — everyone was full-on crying, laughing, crying again, and just radiating joy. Zoe & Matt are the kind of couple who genuinely pour into the people they love, and their friends and family reflected it right back at them all day long. The Old Post Office’s architecture framed their ceremony with soaring windows and historic marble.

Chicago Skyline Portraits & A Reception Full of Personality

We wandered through the building’s iconic hallways and then stepped onto the rooftop and the outdoor riverside embankment for skyline portraits—the kind that feel cinematic but still completely real. They held onto each other like two people who have lived a hundred tiny lifetimes together already.

Inside their reception space, they added personal touches everywhere. Each table had postcards from all the places they’ve lived—handwritten notes for guests they knew from each chapter. I mean…come on.

Then the party truly came alive. Espresso martinis clinked, Crunchwrap Supremes eaten, and Zoe’s sequin dress and Louboutins turned the entire dance floor into a sparkling dream.
